THE VERSATILITY OF A UNIQUE SOLUTIONTEKNO RAIL FOR LAYING CERAMIC PLANKS
Tekno Rail was created to simplify the laying of ceramic planks, standard or multi-format sizes. Tekno Rail aluminium joists are slotted on the head of DPS Solving supports and equipped with two black rubber gaskets that prevent the planks from sliding whilst favouring acoustic reduction.
The Tekno Rail joist, with Queen and Lord supports, is laid without needing to remove any tabs. The special conformation of the underside of the joist hugs all the tabs, fixing authomatically on the central line ones.
Combing the joist with the King and Junior supports requires removing a pair of aligned tabs, allowing the remaining two to act as a coupling for the clamp placed on the underside of the Tekno Rail joist, using simple pressure.
The whole system is completed with Kross Plate spacer that runs on top of Tekno Rail independently from the pedestals understructure.
EASE IN FITTING, VERSATILITY IN USEEXTREME FUNCTIONALITY
The Tekno Rail joist, in dark-grey anodised aluminium, sums up in one unique element numerous technicalities.
VERSATILE AND SIMPLE TO OPTIMISE YOUR WAREHOUSE
With its versatility, Tekno Rail offers the utmost warehouse optimisation, allowing you to have one only product, adaptable to all DPS Solving products without need to change head type of the pedestals. In fact, its use with Queen and Lord does not require a specific head to fix the joists, being installed instead on the standard 2-3-4 mm tab heads of the supports, without the aid of extra elements ( on King and Junior pedestlas only requiring the simple removal of a pair of tabs).
Simply by applying pressure, the particular shape of the joist base facilitates attachment to any and all of the supports in the DPS Solving Flooring Division collection: its clamp hooks into the 4 mm tabs of the head on the supports (1) without requiring additional mechanical fastenings or adapters.
DURABLE AND ACCOMMODATING: THE DOUBLE GROOVEThe Tekno Rail joist is structured internally with a series of shoulders that increase its flexural strength. In addition, the upper part of the joist is characterised by bearing two distinct grooves:
- an upper groove in which the Kross Plate (3) housing is located, which can freely move back and forth along this channel, ensuring the utmost flexibility when laying the flooring
- a second groove just below (4) is configured as a recess able to house and hold the Clip Fit or the Clip Easy, the new exclusive system of DPS Solving to stabilize the ceramic with windproof function, allowing at the same ime a quick disassembly in case of need.
Finally, the top of the joist bears rubber gaskets (2) that provide an anti-slip and anti-noise function to the flooring.
A second larger rubber couple of gaskets can be applied on the base (5), so that when the Tekno Rail is placed directly on the ground due to low levels on site, contact with the waterproofing membrane is avoided, reducing the noise of footsteps and improving the anti-slip effect even more.
Tekno Rail running in the direction of the drainage point favours the outflow of water that will not stagnate on it thanks to its draining capabilities.
